1) Try to get the FBi logo in the Fotobomb.
2)No Fotobombs that place the subject or photographer in danger.
3)No Fotobombs in bad taste. Funerals, car crashes etc are unacceptable.
4) Make sure you have permission from everyone in the picture before submitting the picture.
